  • This timeframe includes both order processing and transit time but may vary slightly due to customs, local courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within a reasonable time frame with photos of the product and packaging so that a suitable resolution (replacement/partial refund/store credit, as applicable) can be considered.
