Welcome to Ajna-Atelier. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and all purchases made through ajna-atelier.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Company Information

  Ajna-Atelier is a business based in India. All products are handmade, customized art items including bleached art t-shirts, home decorations, candles, beeswax wraps, and organic soaps.

 

2. Order Acceptance and Processing

  • All orders are made-to-order and handmade, requiring processing before dispatch.

  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Delivery typically takes 15-21 days worldwide from order confirmation, including processing and transit time. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Ajna-Atelier provides worldwide shipping.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via [e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI].

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required.

  • Payments are processed securely. Full payment is required before order processing begins.

5. Products and Customization

  • Products are artisanal and may vary slightly from images due to handmade nature.

  • Custom orders follow provided specifications; changes after confirmation may incur fees or delays.

  • We strive for quality, but minor imperfections are inherent in handmade items.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defects or significant errors on our part.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for inspection. Defective items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

  • Refunds, if approved, exclude shipping costs and are processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Non-defective returns or change-of-mind are not accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on the Site are owned by Ajna-Atelier or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • By submitting custom designs, you warrant you own rights to them and indemnify us against claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ajna-Atelier is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or data.

  • Total liability is limited to the order value.

  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., carriers, customs).

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
